What is an ‘EMOM’?

EMOM means ‘every minute on the minute’. It is a form of interval training. The challenge is to complete a set number of reps of a particular exercise within 60 seconds. Then, you use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving on to the next.

TRY THIS 30 MIN E3MOM - (Every 3 minutes on the minute)

• 16 Up Downs

• 8 DB Snatches

• 8 Burpees

x10 rounds

Remember to rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes.
