Online Coaching is a way of achieving results either from the comfort of your home, or in your local gym, without necessarily having 1:1 Personal Training sessions.
We will have telephone call, or there is a short form to fill in, giving your medical history, your training goals, your training and food likes/dislikes. We will discuss where you will be training, the equipment available, how much time you have and exactly how to achieve your goals. Bearing this in mind, we will create an exercise programme tailored specifically for you.
Having worked out your food likes and dislikes, height, age, weight, BMR (basal metabolic rate) and general activity levels you will receive a calorie target per day. This will be broken down in to macronutrients (carbs, fats, protein). You will have a downloadable app to track this with as well as a recipe e-book. The recipes have detailed ingredients, instructions, calories and macros included.
If you are unsure of any exercise, you will be sent video guides to ensure correct form. You may also have progressions/regressions sent to you, depending on how you are finding the plan.
Don't forget you can send us a WhatsApp message at any time and we will always get back to you as soon as possible with a message/voice note/phone call to answer any questions or queries you may have.
