What is the best training split?
There isn’t a BEST training split; each of my clients have a different split - some do full body workouts, some an have upper/lower split, push/pull/legs and some split into body parts i.e back and biceps/ chest and triceps/ legs and shoulders.
Your split should work for YOU. It will depend on numerous factors; how many times you are able to train in a week, how much time you have to train per session, how experienced you are, what your goals are and what works for you personally.
The most important thing is progression, your split needs to change if you stop seeing results or plateau.
